Not only are the Sacramento Kings the new holders of The Belt, they are also a whole new team.
Sacramento will have their first game with Rudy Gay tonight, as the new Belt holders have their first defense against the Jazz. Seattle native Isaiah Thomas is the new starter in Sacramento and had a big first game in that role. The Kings don't really have a reliable backup, however, with rookie Ray McCallum the most likely candidate. Can Trey Burke lead the Jazz past the Kings and bring the Belt back to Salt Lake?
