The Quincy Miller-era is over.
Free agent Quincy Miller has reached agreement to sign 10-day deal with the Detroit Pistons on Saturday, agent Jared Karnes tells RealGM.

Miller played with the Kings on two 10-day contracts and left the team during the All-Star break with the expectation that they would discuss a possible rest of season deal afterwards. However, the Kings do not appear to be interested in signing Miller for the rest of the year and he's headed to Detroit on another 10-day contract.
The addition of George Karl probably played a role in the decision, as Karl did not play Miller much at all when Miller was a rookie with the Denver Nuggets. In fact Miller played just 26 minutes as a rookie under Karl.
With Miller gone, that opens up a roster space for Sacramento to possibly try out other players on 10-day contracts.
