Quincy Miller's second 10-day contract with the Sacramento Kings has ezpired, and NBA rules dictate that if the Kings want to keep him longer, they have to sign him for at least the rest of the season.  While that still could be the case, it won't be decided until the All-Star break per a report from RealGM's Shams Charania.

Miller has played 6 games for Sacramento, averaging 2.8 points on just 22.2% from the field to go with 2.0 rebounds, 1.0 steal, 0.5 assist and 0.5 blocks in 10.2 minutes.  It's not exactly an impressive stat line but he does have a lot of potential, particularly on the defensive end.  Given that the Kings aren't playing for much, keeping him on for the rest of this season (and possibly on a non-guaranteed deal heading into 2015-16) makes some sense.
