Entering the second night of a back-to-back, and coming off a game that saw the Mavs blow a 22 point lead and allow Steph Curry to drop 51, what can we expect from Dallas tonight?

What has Sacramento done lately?

Most recently they were on the receiving end of a 25 point thrashing from Golden State. The Kings are 1-9 in their last ten games, and have only won four games since we changed our calendars to 2015. Arguably the most entertaining story involving the Sacramento Kings revolved around DeMarcus Cousins calling out Clay Travis (a college football writer and member of FOX Sports) in the greatest way ever.

Today's the day!! Let's all show him some love!! @ClayTravisBGID

Yeah, Boogie held on to that tweet for five years, then threw it in Travis' face. Greatness? Maybe.

Which Kings player might be due for a big game?

Probably Darren Collison, because he always seems to elevate when he plays the Mavs, and Rudy Gay, because while the rest of the league has figured out how to minimize the damage Gay can do, Dallas just stares at him like a Rubik's Cube.
Not to mention, since the Mavs' guard depth is seemingly at an all-time low, Sacramento's Ben McLemore will probably have a solid night. Lastly, I fully expect Cousins to walk away from tonight's game with a double double, it's just a matter of how big it gets.

Which team stat might determine the game?

Dallas dominated the first quarter against Golden State, as the Warriors got off to a slow shooting night. However, that didn't last long, and the Warriors wound up shooting 52.3% from the floor and 50% from deep. Dallas' defense must be better tonight, because regardless of the opponent, allowing that kind of efficiency doesn't bode well.

What do the Mavs need to do to be successful against the Kings?

They need to close out on shooters and crash the boards. I know, Dallas just isn't a great rebounding team, but minimizing second chances for Sacramento will be key in winning. It would be nice to see Monta return to his efficient ways, and for Chandler Parsons to continue shooting well (but, what's up with his free throw shooting as of late?), but mostly, it'd be nice if Dallas could get out to a lead and rest some guys.

This should be a win, but I don't really know what this team is anymore.
