The Kings might be bad, but the 76ers are baaaaaaaaaaad.
The Kings aren't a good team this year, but the 76ers are a terrible team this year. The Kings walked away with Wednesday's game with ease, winning 115-98.
Coach Michael Malone switched up the starting line-ups, bringing Jason Thompson off the bench and starting Derrick Williams. Thompson still played 26 minutes, finishing with 14 points and seven rebounds. Williams played 31 minutes, but finished with just five points and six rebounds. It will be interesting to see if this lineup change lasts, or if it was a match-up play.
The Kings effort overall was a well-rounded affair. Rudy Gay led all scorers, finishing 27 points to go along with seven rebounds and five assists. DeMarcus Cousins notched yet another double double, tallying 19 points and 12 rebounds. Isaiah Thomas had 20 points, six assists, and five rebounds. Ben McLemore had a nice game, with 15 points on 7 shots.
The 76ers were led by a 20 point, 10 rebound output from Henry Sims. Weird.
