- The Brooklyn Nets have acquired Marcus Thornton from the Sacramento Kings in exchange for Jason Terry and Reggie Evans
- The Golden State Warriors pick up Steve Blake from the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for Kent Bazemore and MarShon Brooks.
Thursday, February 20
- The Philadelphia 76ers have traded Spencer Hawes to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Earl Clark and a pair of second round picks.
- The Miami Heat trade Roger Mason Jr. to the Sacramento Kings for a heavily protected 2nd round pick.
- In a three-team deal the Washington Wizards acquire Andre Miller, the Denver Nuggets receive Jan Vesely and the Philadelphia 76ers get Eric Maynor and two second round picks.
- The Charlotte Bobcats acquire Luke Ridnour and Gary Neal from the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for Ramon Sessions and Jeff Adrien
- The Houston Rockets acquire Jordan Hamilton from the Denver Nuggets in exchange for Aaron Brooks.
- The San Antonio Spurs trade Nando de Colo to the Toronto Raptors for Austin Daye.
- The Los Angeles Clippers trade Byron Mullens to the Philadelphia 76ers for future draft picks
- The Indiana Pacers trade Danny Granger to the Philadelphia 76ers in exchange for Evan Turner and LaVoy Allen.
